We have sent an email to update you on this inquiry. I am very upset that they are not willing to refund me my money I was promised that I would have full training and support from their staff to be able to get my insurance license and I was not provided with this care the only thing that this company cared about is me trying to recruit people to buy the package to get their license they did not actually try to teach me anything about obtaining my insurance license at all which means that the product that they were selling me was complete fraud and because of that I would like my money back because I did not get what I paid for which was training for an insurance license (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We strive for excellent customer service and we will use this as a training opportunity. We appreciate you providing this feedback.
